Agriculture Knowledge Center (Krishi Gyan Kendra), Baitadi invites bidders

1. Agriculture Knowledge Center (Krishi Gyan Kendra), Baitadi invites electronic bids from Nepalese eligible bidders for the Procurement of goods mentioned below under the National Competitive Bidding procedures stage single envelope.

2. The Bidders must submit their bid electronically through the e-procurement section of the PPMO website http://www.bolpatra.gov. np, the Bidders may choose to download the necessary part of bidding documents, prepare their bid, and submit their electronic bids along with a notarized copy of company registration certificate, VAT registration certificate, letter of authorization and recent TAX clearance certification as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The bidder should download and submit the bid electronically; the Bidder shall be required to deposit the non-refundable fee of NRs.3,000 in the bank details below: Revenue (Rajaswa) account No.: 1000100200010000 Rastriya Banijya Bank, Gothalapani, Baitadi Office code: 3120174027 Budget head no.: 14229. An electronic scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall also be submitted along with the electronic bid files. 

3. Electronic Bid must be uploaded in PDF on or before 12.00 hours on 2080/01/18. Bids received after the deadline shall not be accepted.

 4. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives, who choose to attend with original related documents at 2:00 PM on 2080/01/18. Bids must be valid for 90 days counting from the day of bid opening. 

5. The bid shall be accompanied by a bid security of an amount as shown in the above table. If the bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in the following address or bid bonds issued by a bank approved by Nepal Rastra Bank valid 90 days from the last date of the bid submission period and submit the original receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the bid.
