All Nepal Football Association invites bidders

1. The All-Nepal Football Association (ANFA) invites bids from eligible bidders for The procurement of Supply of Security Services for ANFA 'C' Division League 2080 under National Competitive bidding procedures as per following details;

2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of All Nepal Football Association (ANFA), Satdobato, Lalitpur Ph. no. 01-5201060 Email: [email protected]. 

3. Interested bidders shall deposit the cost of bidding document NRs. 1000.00 in the following bank. Name of the Bank: Nepal Investment Bank Limited, Durbarmarg Name of the Office: All Nepal Football Association Office Account No.: 00101010031354 

4. Interested Bidders shall submit the bids by hand/by courier to the above office of All Nepal Football Association (ANFA), Satdobato, Lalitpur on or before 12.00 PM on 28th March, 2024. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. 

5. Bids shall be opened in presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend on 14.00 PM on 28th March 2024 at the office of All Nepal Football Association (ANFA), Satdobato, Lalitpur. Bids must be valid for a period of 30 days counting from the day of bid opening. 

6. If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline. 

7. ANFA reserves the right for bid selection or rejection without assigning any reason whatsoever.
