Auction notice for Revolving Chairs

World Vision International Nepal is pleased to announce a public auction for 83 units of office revolving chairs. Interested and discerning bidders are invited to participate in this auction by submitting bids in accordance to the terms and conditions as stated below:

Terms and Conditions:

1. Individual or firm who is interested needs to bid for all the chairs in total.
2. Bids must be submitted in a closed sealed envelope, clearly marked with your name, address and contact information.
3. Competent bidder should submit Company Registration Certificate, PAN/VAT Certificate and Citizenship Certificate (only for Individual Bidder).
4. The bid must be submitted by 11 December 2023, 5 PM.
5. Date, Time and Venue for Inspection of Chairs: 7 & 8 December 2023, between 2 PM – 4 PM at World Vision International Nepal, KC Tower, Kusunti, Lalitpur-13, Nepal.
6. Higher quoted value among the applicants will be awarded. 
7. If the higher quoted party withdraw from the process, the second highest bidder will be awarded.
8. If the quoted value is equal, the decision will be made as per the auction committee. 
9. Assets should be taken “AS IS WHERE IS” condition. 
10. If any disputes arise during the process, auction committee decision will be final.
