Bid Inviation for the Reconstruction of Namo Buddha Dhyan Sikcha Kendra

1. The Earthquake Infrastructure Reconstruction Unit, Department of Local Infrastructure, Lalitpur invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the following works under National Competitive Bidding-Single Stage Two envelope under National Competitive bidding procedures specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations. 3. Bidding documents is available online and can be downloaded from the e-GP system: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Interested  bidders shall register in the e-GP system and deposit the cost of bidding document in the following bank

4. Interested Bidders shall submit the electronic Bids through www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp to Earthquake Infrastructure Reconstruction Unit, DoLI, Lalitpur on or before 12:00 PM on 2024-05-12. 

5. Bids shall be opened in presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend on (01:00 PM, 2024-05-12 at Earthquake Infrastructure Reconstruction Unit, DoLL, Lalitpur, Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to a minimum of as per table below, which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period. 

6. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Earthquake Infrastructure Reconstruction Unit, Doll, Lalitpur at 2024-05-02 at 13:00 Hours. 

7. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever. 

8. Any amendment or correction on notice shall be published on Office website and Notice board. 

9. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of the bid submission
