Bid Invitation for Construction of Prasuti Sewa

1. Matihani Municipality invites electronic bids from Nepalese eligible bidders. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information at the Office of Municipal Executive, Matihani Municipality, Ph. No. +977-9851140767 or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. 

2. Bidders should deposit the cost of bidding docurnent (Rs. 5,000.00) in the Office's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids. 3. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security which shall be valid for 30 beyond the validity period of the bid. 

4. Pre-Bid Meeting shall be held on 2080/12/30, 14:00 Hrs PM at Matihani Municipality, Dhirapur, Mahottari 

5. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission. 

6. Matters not covered here shall be in accordance with Prevailing Public Procurement Act 2063, Public Procurement Regulations 2064, and latest guidelines of PPMO.
