Bid Invitation for SUPPLY OF GOODS FOR INSTALLATION OF ELECTRIC WATER PUMP AND OTHER AGRO. MACHINERY

1. Government of Nepal has allocated funds to cover eligible payment under the contract of procurement of "SUPPLY OF GOODS FOR INSTALLATION OF ELECTRIC WATER PUMP AND OTHER AGRO. MACHINERY" (IFB no: GM/NCB/G/3/080-081). Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders.

2. The Gauradaha Municipality, Office of Municipal Executive, Province no.1, Nepal invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of "SUPPLY OF GOODS FOR INSTALLATION OF ELECTRIC WATER PUMP AND OTHER AGRO. MACHINERY" under National competitive bidding procedures specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations.

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Gauradaha Municipality Office of Municipal Executive, Koshi Province, Nepal or may visit PPMO egp system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

4. Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs 3000 till 12:00 noon, 2081-01-07 Bs.(2024-April-19 AD) during office hours. in the following Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below.

5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Gauradaha Municipality Office of Municipal Executive, Koshi Province, Nepal at 14:00 hrs of 2080-Chaitra-25 B.S. (2024-April-07A.D.) 

6. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office Gauradaha Municipality Office of Municipal Executive, Koshi Province, Nepal through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 Hrs on 2081-Baisakh-07 B.S.(2024-April-19A.D.). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. 

7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 Hrs on 2081-Baisakh-07 B.S. (2024-April-19A.D.) at the office of Gauradaha Municipality Office of Municipal Executive, Koshi Province, Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of NRs. 2,90,000 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. 

8. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
