Bid Invitation for the Construction of Infrastructure At Pachbhaiya Wildlife Rescue Center

1. Provincial Government has allocated the fund and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract Construction of Infastruction At Pachbhaiya Wildlife Rescue Center. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders from all countries. 

2. The Ministry of Indrusty, Tourism, Forest And Environment, Division Forest Office, Kaski invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of Infrastructure At Pachbhaiya Wildlife Rescue Center under National competitive bidding procedures specified as Public Procurement Act and Regulations. The bidder may submit the bid for single package as mentioned below and offer discounts/cross discounts. Evaluation will be done by package basis, with contracts awarded based on the award combination that is of least cost to the Purchaser.

3. Interested Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of the Division Forest Office, Kaski Pokhara, Phone No: 061-570171 on GOV office time and www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. 

4. Bidder must purchase their bid 7th April-6th May electronically from PPMO's e-GP II system www.bolpatra.gov.np/ egp. Bidders should deposit the amount as mentioned on above table as cost of bidding document in the following Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below.

5. Electronic bids must be submitted to the Division Forest Office Kaski, Pokhara through PPMO's e-GP II system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 hour (local time) 7th May 2024 (2081 Baisakh 25). 

6. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hour 7th May 2024 (2081 Baisakh 25), at the office of Division Forest Office Kaski, Pokhara. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening. All bids must be accompanied by bid security not less than above mentioned table's amount, which shall be valid for 120 days beyond the bid validity period. 

7. Pre-bid meeting will be arranged at 28th April, 2024 (2081 Baisakh 16) on 11:00 am at Division Forest Office Kaski, Pokhara. Interested bidders are requested to attend on the meeting. 

8. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
