For Construction of Range Post for Division Forest Office, Rupandehi at KNPI First Date of Publication: 2080/12/29 (April 11, 2024)
1.Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) has allocated funds towards the Construction of Range Post for Division Forest Office at KNPI and intends to apply the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for CTEVT/ KNPI/2080/81-SQ-01. The estimated amount of works is NRs 19,65,468.02 including VAT, Contingency and PS. Sealed quotation is open to all the eligible Nepalese Bidders.
2 . Eligible Bidders may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp for further information.
3. Eligible Bidders must submit their quotations electronically from PPMO's Web Site www. bolpatra.gov.np./egp.. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost NRs. 1,000.00 of bidding document by submission deadline in Aarjan account of Korea Nepal Polytechnic Institute, Butwal-12, Tamnagar, Rupandehi as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids. 4. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov. np/egp on or before 12:00 noon on Baisakh 14, 2081 (April 26, 2024). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
5 . The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 1:00 PM on Baisakh 14, 2081 (April 26, 2024) at the office of Korea Nepal Polytechnic Institute, Butwal-12, Tamnagar, Rupandehi.
6. Bids must be valid for a period of 45 days after the bids opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum of NRs. 50,000.00 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
7. If the last date of purchasing and or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case, the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
8. Bidders are advised to visit site and assess the actual site conditions before submitting their bids.
9. The employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
10. Conditions not covered shall be as per prevailing Public Procurement Act-2063, Public Procurement Regulations -2064 and its amendments.
