Citizens Bank International Ltd. (hereinafter referred as the Bank) invites sealed "Qualify & Bid" from registered Nepalese contractors for the Interior Finishing and Allied Works of its Office located at Dharke (Dhading) and Gajuri (Dhading), Nepal under the terms & conditions outlined below:
1. Scope of Job: Civil Works; Electrical Works; Furniture works including Air Conditioning Works.
2. A complete set of Bid documents may be purchased during office hours from General Service Department of the Bank at Head Office, Narayanhiti Path, Kathmandu upon payment of NPR 1,000.00 (Nepalese Rupees One Thousand only), nonrefundable; latest by 11.00 hours latest April 21, 2024. No joint venture (JV) is allowed.
3. Sealed tender should be submitted to Head Office of the Bank by 17.00 hours latest April 21, 2024.Sealed tenders will be opened on 11:00 hours April 22, 2024 at Head Office of the Bank at Narayanhiti Path, Durbar Marg, Kathmandu in presence of respective bidder(s) or in presence of its authorized representative. However, non-presence of the bidder(s) or its representative will not affect or change the pre-scheduled bid opening date for opening of the Bids.
4. Documents received after the deadline of the submission will not be considered for further evaluation.
5. Required Eligibility Criteria of the Bidder in order to participate in the bid: -
a) Must submit copies of Firm's Registration, PAN Certificate and Tax Clearance Certificate (2079/80).
b) Must be in existence for a minimum period of last 5 (Five)years;
c) Must have latest annual turnover of NPR 20 Million; must have interior work conduction experience of at least two Nepali Commercial Bank with individual project worth of minimum NPR Three Million within last two years;
d) Must be a financially sound and profit making firm and should be in profit for past one year;
6. All other information is mentioned in the bid documents.
7. The Bank, at its sole discretion; reserves all the rights to accept or reject the "Bids" received from the bidders, wholly or partly; any or all the bids without assigning reason whatsoever.
