Bid Invitation from Global IME Bank Limited

Global IME Bank Limited, a leading commercial bank in Nepal, invites application from reputed firms for "Expression of interest" to compete on automation solution on various banking operation. We are interested in submitting your Expression of Interest for the areas outlined: 

1. Automation on ATM reconciliation 

2. Automation on Visa, MasterCard, UPI settlement 

3. ATM monitoring solution 

4. Process automation on credit card payments 

5. Up-gradation of Access Control Server (ACS 2) in 3D Secure 

6. ATM and cash management solution 

7. Delivery management solution

1. Eligibility Criteria for the Bidder 

a. The Bidder must be a firm/company/organization registered under applicabile Act in Nepal.

 b. The Bidder must be registered in Inland Revenue Department office and have deposited the income tax of 3 years 

c. Bidder should have at least 3 Application security specialist certified technical resources for the deployment and support of the product. 

d. The bidder should be an authorized partner or manufacturer of proposed Solution. 

e. Bidders should have deployed similar solution in other companies and banks, Bidders having deployed solution in Nepalese bank shall be preferred. 

f. Bidder should provide implementation scope of work plan along with post implementation SLA support plan. 

g. The bidder shall support to configure, implement proposed solution in bank environment and also perform testing on such solution instance after successful configuration and deployment. They must provide a User Acceptance Test documentation on the Proposed Solution's security, performance, functionality. 

h. If a consortium is submitting this application, the data must be the sum of data in the declarations provided by the consortium partners. 

8. A complete set of Bidding Documents can be purchased from Global IME Bank Limited, General Service Department, Kamaladi Kathmandu by eligible Bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NPR 5,000.00 [NPR Five Thousand Only till 04 April, 2024 within office hour. Cash should be deposited in Account No.: 003700524005 (Other Income-Misc.) 

9. Sealed bids must be submitted to Global IME Bank Limited, General Service Department, Kamaladi Kathmandu by hand/courier on or before 2:30 PM on 05 April, 2024. Bids received after this deadline will not be accepted. 10. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend on 10:30 am 07 April, 2024 at Global IME Bank Limited, Corporate office 

11. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 Days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid bond or cash deposit voucher amounting to a minimum of 5% of the Bid amount. 

12. if the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a public holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission 13.
