FEB is operating a modern technology enabled Shramadhan Call Center to cater support to its nationalities with foreign employment. The Shramadhan Call Center will be operation in the premises of Secretariat of Foreign Employment Board. For the smooth operation, good use of technology and better productivity, Secretariat of Foreign Employment Board wants to outsource the Shramadhan Call Center management as per Shramadhan call center (Operattion and Management) Manual 2081.
