CTEVT invites bidders for the Construction of Two Roomed Building (Ground Floor Civil Works)

1. Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Sanothimi, Bhaktapur invites sealed quotations from eligible bidders for the construction of Two Roomed Building (Ground Floor Civil Works) under National Competitive Bidding Procedure

2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information at the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur. Phone No. 977-1-6630408, 977-1-5639586. 

3. Bidder should submit their bids electronically by downloading bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit NRs. 1,000.00 (In words: Nepalese Rupees One Thousands Only) for each bid in the following Account No. 1730100000009006 in Rastriya Banijya Bank, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur until the 11 Baisakh, 2081. The cost of bidding document as specified above and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.

4. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur at 14:00 on 4th Baisakh, 2081. 

5. Sealed bids having its contract name and identification number must be submitted to the office of Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur on or before 12:00 noon on 12th Baisakh, 2081. Bids received  after this deadline shall not be accepted

6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 Hours on 12th Baisakh, 2081 at the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur. 

7. Bids must be valid for a period of 45 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to the amount as stated in the above table, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (le. upto 23/03/2081). 

8. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission. 

9. Bidders are advised to visit sites and assess the actual site conditions before submitting their bid. 

10. Any intimidation , collusion and cartelling during the bidding process shall be punishable by law. 

11. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever 

12. Any additional matters not covered by Invitation Notice and mandatory information shall be in accordance with prevailing Public Procurement Act 2063 and Public Procurement Regulation 2064 (with latest amendment) of the Government of Nepal.
