Dakneshwori Municipality Office of the Municipal Executive invites bidders

1. Office of the Municipal Executive, Dakneshwori Municipality, Pato, Saptari has allocated funds towards the cost of Procurement of 4WD SUV and intends to the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Procurement of 4WD SUV as per ST (Contract No: DKMUN-NCB-GOODS-02-080/81). 

2. Office of the Municipal Executive, Dakneshwori Municipality, Pato, Saptari invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of 4WD SUV as per ST under national Competitive Bidding procedures specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations. 

3. Bid must be submitted by e-GP system only from PPMO website before 12:00 hours on 23-04-2024 of Publication. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. 

4. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Dakneshwori Municipality, Pato, Saptari, Madhesh Province, Nepal at 15-04-2024 13:00 hours. 

5 . The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 23-04-2024 14:00 at the office of Dakneshwori Municipality, Saptari 

6. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Dakneshwori Municipality, Pato, Saptari or may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp or may contact Mob No:- 9852822665

7 . Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of NRs. 2,00,000.00, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid
