Establishment of ATC and ATSEP licensing/ Rating and performance management system as per ICAO requirements

1. The government of Nepal (GoN), Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) has allocated funds toward the cost of the ESTABLISHMENT OF ATC AND ATSEP LICENSING/RATING AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AS PER ICAO REQUIREMENTS and intends to apply a portion of this fund to eligible payments under the Contract for which this Expression of Interest is invited for National consulting service.
 

2. The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal, ANS Safety Standards Department now invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible consulting firms ("consultant") to provide the following consulting services for the following mentioned project.

Interested eligible consultants may obtain further information at the address Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal, ANS Safety Standards Department, Sinamangal, Kathmandu during office hours on or before 2081/03/10, 12:00 LT or visit e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp or visit the client's website https://caanepal.gov.np/ EOI documents may be obtained free of cost in www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
 

4. Consultants may associate with other consultants to enhance their qualifications.
 

5. Expressions of interest shall be delivered online through the e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp/ on or before 2081/03/10, 12:00 LT [Manual Delivery N/A].
 

6. In case the last date of obtaining and submission of the EOI documents happens to be a holiday, the next working day will be deemed as the due date but the time will be the same as stipulated.

7. EOI will be assessed based on Qualification [45.0%], Experience [45.0%], and Capacity [10.0%/ of consulting firm and key personnel. Based on the evaluation of EOI, only shortlisted firms will be invited to submit technical and financial proposals through a request for proposal.
 

8. The minimum score to pass the EOI is 60.

9. The Civil Aviation will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred with the preparation or delivery of the EOI.
