Fabrication of steel parts and transportation

1.Infrastructure Development Office (IDO), Dailekh invites Open Competitive Bidding from the eligible bidders for the fabrication of steels parts and transportation upto road head for trail bridge given in table below under Sealed Quotation Procedures.

2.Bidder shall have the option of submitting their bids electronically only and submission of hard copy bids shall not be entertained.

3.Eligible Bidders may refer complete set of Bid document for further information at Infrastructure Development Office, Dailekh Telephone No: 089-420153 Or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np./egp.

4.Eligible Bidders submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost (as specified above) of bidding document and bid security in the account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf.format) of the Bank deposit voucher and bid security shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.

5.Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Infrastructure Development Office, Dailekh, at 12:00 hours on dated 2081/02/12 (25ª May, 2024)
 

6.Electronic bids must be submitted to the Infrastructure Development Office, Dailekh, electronically through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np./egp. On or before 12:00 hours on dated 2081/02/22, (4th Jun, 2024) Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

7.The bids will he opened electronically at 13:00 hours on dated 2081/02/22, (4 Jun, 2024). in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in Infrastructure Development Office, Dailekh. Non-attendance of any or all of the bidders' representatives shall not hinder the opening of the Bids.

8.In the case of discrepancies or error in bidding document, tender notice or any other document, the Office of the Infrastructure Development Office, Dailekh reserves the right to amend and correct at any time. If any amendments which will be posted in the notice board of Infrastructure Development Office, Dailekh Or may visit PPMO's Website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp

9.If the last date of pre-bid meeting, purchasing and submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.

10. The Employer (Infrastructure Development Office, Dailekh) reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
 

11. The bidders are strongly advised to visit the site before bidding.
 

12. Any matters not covered in this tender notice shall be in accordance with public procurement act, 2063 and public procurement regulations, 2064 (including amendment) and other prevailing rules and regulations of GoN.
