2 . Only electronic bid is permitted and purchased through www.bolpatra.gov.np by eligible bidders. Bidders should submit their bid electronically through e-procurement section of PPMO on or before 12:00 hour of 2080 Chaitra 30, bid shall be opened on same date at 13:00. Late bids will be rejected.

3. No excuse is given to bidder who fails to complete the work in given time line without suitable reason. The Bidder is advised to visit and examine the Site of Works and its surroundings (and obtain for itself, on its own risk and responsibility) for all information like availability of material of specification, transporting distance, working easiness in site, future escalation in cost that may be necessary for preparing the bid, quoting the bid rate and entering into a Contract for construction of the Works.
4. Bids should comply in all respects with the Instruction to Bidder included in the Bid Document. Non-compliance with this instruction shall result in disqualification.
