Garuda Municipality Office of the Municipal Executive invites bidders for construction work

1. Garuda Municipality, invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Construction Work of Municipality Office building. Construction work of new building of Garuda Municipality at ward no. 04 under National Competitive Bidding-Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures. 

2. Under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate sealed denvelopes, one containing (i)the Technical Bidandthe other (ii)the Price Bid, both in turned closed in one sealed envelope as per the provision of ITB 21 of the Bidding Document. 

3. If hard-copy is allowed then a complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office Garuda Municipality, Garuda, Rautahat, Madhesh Pradesh, Nepal by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non- refundable fee of 5000.0 NRs. till 05-05-2024 12:00 during office hours. 

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain detail information from PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp or before 12:00 Noon on 5th may 2024 Bids Received after this deadline will be rejected. 

5. The Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders representative who choose to attend at 2:00 Noon 5th may at the office of Garuda Municipality, Garuda Bids must be valid of a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid amounting to a minimum of 15,00,000.00 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.  6. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date.
