INVITATION FOR BID FOR PROPOSAL OF BUDGET PLANNING SOFTWARE

The Prime Commercial Bank Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "The Bank") invites sealed tender proposal for "Budget Planning Software" 

Terms and Condition for the proposal;

1) The interested Vendors (hereinafter referred as "The Bidder") can participate in the tendering process as per specification provided in the biding document.

2) A complete set of bid document may be purchased by the Bidder on the submission of a written application to the above and upon deposit of a non-refundable fee of NPR. 5,000 (NPR: Five Thousand only) in Account maintained at Prime Commercial Bank Ltd.

3) Tender document must be accompanied by a Bid Bond Security of at least 2.5% for national bidder and 5% for international bidder of the bid amount inclusive of (VAT or other applicable tax) in the form of Bank Guarantee or Cash in Account maintained at Prime Commercial Bank Ltd.

4) Bidder's Eligibility Criteria;

• The bidder must be in existence for a minimum period of last 5 (five) years; 
• The bidder must submit Company Registration Certificate/PAN/VAT certificate; 
• The bidder should have sufficient capacity to execute the work with respect to personnel and technical competence; 
• The Bidder should have designed, developed and implemented the similar solution before in at least 1 A Class Commercial Bank in Nepal (Existing). 
• The bidder must be a financially sound and bidder must submit latest audited financial statement.

5) Bids must be received by the Bank at the address specified not later than the time and date specified below.

6) In case of last date for the submission of bids being declared as a public holiday, bids will be received on the next working day.

7) Bank will open qualified technical proposals as per the schedule mentioned below. The financial proposal for technically qualified bidders only will be opened on a later date subsequent to the technical evaluation. The Bank shall notify the date and time of opening of the financial proposal to the technically qualified bidders.

The last date of bid submission is on or before March 15, 2024, 1.00 PM. Bid shall be opened on: 11:00 AM, March 17, 2024, 5th Floor Central Office, Kamalpokhari.
