1. It is notified to all the Nepalese eligible bidders for the procurement of following construction work under National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified below in the Table.

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information at the office of KUKL, Waste Water Operation Division, Jawalakhel Lalitpur, Nepal. Telephone: 01-5421903
4. Bid must be submitted electronically only through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 2080/12/28 12:00 Noon. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
5. The Bid Document fee should be paid within 5:00 PM on Sunday through Thursday and within 3:00 PM on Friday.
6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidder's representatives who choose to attend 2080/12/28 14:00 hours at the office of Kathmandu Upatyaka Khanepani Limited, Wastewater Operation Division, Jawalakhel, Lalitpur. Non-attendance of any or all the bidder's representatives shall not hinder the opening of the bids.
7. Each Bid must be accompanied by a separate Bid Bond in the form of bank guarantee in the Nepalese Commercial Bank or Financial Institutions or for cash deposit original voucher at Everest Bank Pulchowk Branch Account No. 01200105200019. Successful Bidder shall be required to furnish Performance Bond in accordance with the prevailing Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Public Procurement Regulation, 2064 before signing the Contract.
8. Bidder must submit the copy of company/firm registration certificate, VAT registration certificate, and income tax clearance certificate of Fiscal Year 2079/080 verified by the Nepal Notary Public Council.
9. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the Bids without assigning reason, whatsoever prior to award of contract.
10. Anyadditional matter not covered by this shall be in accordance with the prevailing Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Public Procurement Regulation, 2064 of the GON.
11. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission of bid documents falls on government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
