1. Friends of the Disabled Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre for Disabled Children (FOD/BRDC) has received USAID/ASHA Grant through American Himalayan Foundation (AHF) towards the cost of USTP IT Eco and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the contract for Hospital Equipment and Instruments for FOD/HRDC. 

 

2. The Friends of the Disabled/ Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre for Disabled Children. invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Hospital Equipment and Instruments for HRDC under National competitive bidding. The bidder may submit the bid for single or more lots as mentioned below and offer discounts. Evaluation will be dane for each lot, with contracts awarded based on the award combination that is of least cost to the Purchaser.

3. Eligible bidder may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the office of FOD/HRDC, Adhikari Gaun, Banepa-11, or may visit HRDC website https://hrdo.bolpatra.org

 

4. A complete set of bidding document is available online and can be downloaded from HRDC website https://hrdc.bolpatra.org Interested bidder shall register in the E bidding system and deposit the cost of bidding document in the following bank details.

5.Electronic bids must be submitted to FOD/HRDC website https://hrde.bolpatra.org on 8" May, 2024, on or before 12:00 hours. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

 

6. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidder's representatives who choose to attend on &" May. 2024 at 14:00 hours at the office of Friends of the Disabled Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre for Disabled Children, Adhikari Gaun, Banepa-11, Kavre.

 

7. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security or scanned copy of bid security in pdf format, bid security can be provided either as bank guarantee from A class commercial bank or as cash deposit voucher, using the specified bank details mentioned above. The bid security shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period.

 

8. Pre bid meeting shall be held at Friends of the Disabled/Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre for Disabled Children. Adhikari Gaün, Banepa-11, Kavre on 26th April, 2024 at 12:00 hours. 

 

9. If the last date of bid submission and opening falls on a public holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last dare. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
