Invitation for Electronic Bids for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Branded Desktop Computers

1. Invitation for Bids No.: PMC/NCB/GOODS/2080/081-01 Tribhuvan University, Patan Multiple Campus has allocated funds towards the cost of Supply, Delivery and Installation of Branded Desktop Computers and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for PMC/NCB/ GOODS/2080/081-01. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders. 

2. Tribhuvan University, Patan Multiple Campus invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Supply, Delivery and Installation of Branded Desktop Computers under National competitive bidding-Single Stage Single Envelope procedures. 

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information at the office of Tribhuvan University, Patan Multiple Campus, Patan Dhoka, Lalitpur, 015260510, 015260294, [email protected] and inspect the bidding document from PPMO egp system (www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp). 

4. Bidder should download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system https://bolpatra.gov.np/egp/and Bidders shall deposit the cost of bidding document NRs. 3,000.00 (Rupees Three Thousand only. non refundable) for e-bid at the Bank account as specified below and include the copy of company/firm registration certificate, renewed company/firm certificate, PAN/VAT registration certificate and tax clearance certificate of FY 2079/080.

5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Tribhuvan University, Patan Multiple Campus, Patan Dhoka, Lalitpur on 2081/01/09 (21 April, 2024) at 2:00 PM. 

6. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office Tribhuvan University, Patan Multiple Campus through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp before 12:00 Noon on 2081/01/18 (30th April, 2024). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 PM on 2081/01/18 (30th April, 2024) at the office of Tribhuvan University, Patan Multiple Campus, Patan Dhoka, Lalitpur. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of NRs. 2,20,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs and Twenty Thousands only) which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.

8. The bank security shall be issued by Commercial Bank or Financial Institution in Nepal or Bider directly deposit the sum on current account no. 00401010006942 of Patan multiple Campus, Patan Dhoka, Lalitpur from any branch of Nepal Investment Mega Bank. If the bidders' representative does not choose to attend for opening, Tribhuvan University, Patan Multiple Campus may open the tender.

9. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all contractor's tender without assigning any reason whatsoever. 

10. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission
