Invitation for Online Bids from Shree Resunga Secondary School

1. Shree Resunga Secondary School has allocated funds towards the cost Construction of Infrastructures and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the following Contract. 

2. Bidding is open to all eligible bidders. Office of Shree Resunga Secondary School, Gulmi invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the works under National Competitive Bidding. 

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Shree Resunga Secondary School, Gulmi, Nepal or may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. 

4. Bidder should download the bidding documents from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp and submit through e-GP system upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 3000.0 till 11th April 2024(2080-12-29) 12:00 hours. Bidders should deposit the cost of bidding document in the Office account as specified below:-

5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Shree Resunga Secondary School, Gulmi at 21 March 2024 (2080-12-08) 11:00 hours.

6. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 11th April 2024(2080-12-29) 12:00 hours. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 11th April 2024(2080- 12-29) 13:00 hours at the Shree Resunga Secondary School Gulmi. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format, amounting as shown in Table below which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. i.e. 120 days.

8. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.

9. The employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
