Invitation for Sealed Bid- Samriddhi Finance

Samriddhi Finance invites sealed bids from the interested parties for the supply and implementation of HCI Server System on its office at Putalisadak, Kathmandu.

• The proposed solution should consist of a hyper-converged infrastructure with all the hardware and software licenses (Including Software-defined storage and Backup solution) as mentioned in specification document.
• A minimum of 2 HCI Nodes should be proposed and each node must be an individual rack-mountable unit.
• The proposed solution shall have 32 C.P.U cores, 512 GB memory and all flash 3.5 TB usable storage across the HCI Cluster.
• Other detail requirements are as per specification document.

1. The bid documents form with specification requirement for the system can be obtained from administration department, Putalisadak, Kathmandu upon payment of non-refundable fee of NPR 1,000.00 (Nepalese Rupees One Thousand only) in the account of Samriddhi Finance Tender form fee Account No. 942021600.
2. Interested bidder must have experience of 3 years in related field with BFIs in Nepal.
3. The sealed bid must be submitted before 1:00 pm on 2080.12.05 in below address.
4. The sealed bid will be opened on 2080.12.05, 4:00 pm at Putalisadak office, Kathmandu. In case of public holiday declared on this day, the bid will be opened on next working day at 11:00 am. Applied bidders are requested to present during the sealed bid opening on said date and time.
5. All other terms and conditions shall be as per the bid form.
