Invitation for Sealed Quotation for the Supply and Delivery of 2000 Line Matrix Printer

National Examinations Board, Office of the Controller of Examinations, Grade 10 from its regular budget to cover eligible payments, invites Sealed Quotation from eligible bidders for the procurement of 2000 Line Matrix Printers under National Competitive Sealed Quotation procedures. 

1. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Sealed Quotation Documents at The Office of the Controller of Examinations, Grade 10, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, during office hours except official holidays (10:00 AM to 3:00 PM time is highly appreciable) or may obtain information by contacting our telephone No. 01-6630739.

2. A complete set of Sealed Quotation Documents may be purchased from The Office of the Controller of Examinations, Grade 10, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of Company/Firm Registration Certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate for F/Y 2079/80 and Authorization Letter of Manufacturing Company or Agency Certificate, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 1000 (One Thousand) only till the date 2080/12/25 during office hours. 

3. Sealed Quotation must be submitted to The Office of the Controller of Examinations, Grade 10, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur by hand or courier on or before 12:00 PM on 2080/12/26. Sealed Quotation received after this deadline will be rejected. 

4. The Sealed Quotation will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 1:00 PM on 2080/12/26 at The Office of the Controller of Examinations, Grade 10, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of Seal Quotation opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum of NRs. 55,000 (Fifty Five Thousand only), which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the Sealed Quotation (i.e. 2081/04/27) 

5. If the last date of purchasing falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of Sealed Quotation submission. 

6. Technical features and other equivalent of the procuring printers have been mentioned in details in Sealed Quotation Documents and the eligible bidders may get necessary information before purchasing the Sealed Quotation documents.
