Description of works: NMB Bank Limited, Kathmandu, invites the sealed tender bids from interested and eligible General Insurance Companies for providing Group Personal Accident (GPA), Critical Illness (CI) and Group Medical Expenses (GME) insurance policy for deposit customer of the Bank. Interested and eligible General Insurance Companies can purchase the bid document upon deposit of non - refundable fee of NPR 1,000.00 (Nepalese Rupees One Thousand Only) for bid document in the account number: 00901371300114 (Bid Document Purchase Parking Account). The Insurance Companies are also requested to submit the written application to collect the bid document along with the receipt copy of cash deposit voucher from Projects and Strategic Sourcing Department of the bank. The tender bid shall consist of sealed proposals as described in the "Bid Documents" as per the schedule given below:

1. Interested Insurance Companies should have valid license obtained from Nepal Insurance Authority to underwrite and issue such insurance policies in Nepal.
2. Interested Insurance Companies should submit all the documents outlined in the bid document and failing to do so shall result in the rejection of the proposal.
3. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason whatsoever.
