Invitation of Bid for Agricultural electrification works

1. Office of the Municipal Executive, Dakneshwori Municipality, Pato, Saptari has allocated funds or received a grant from GoN towards the cost of Agricultural electrification works for irrigation in all 10 wards and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Agricultural electrification works for irrigation in all 10 wards of Dakneshwori Municipality (Contract No: DKMUN-NCB-EW-01-080/81).

2. Office of the Municipal Executive, Dakneshwori Municipality, Pato, Saptari invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Agricultural electrification works for irrigation in all 10 wards of Dakneshwori Municipality under Bidding procedures.

3. Bid must be submitted by e-GP system only from PPMO website before 17:00 hours on 04-04-2024 of Publication. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

4. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Dakneshwori Municipality, Pato, Saptari, Madhesh Province, Nepal at 22-03-2024 13:00 hours.

5. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 05-04-2024 12:00 at the office of Dakneshwori Municipality, Saptari

6. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Dakneshwori Municipality, Pato, Saptari or may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp or may contact Mob No:- 9852822664

7. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of NRs. 491000.0, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
