Invitation of Bid for construction work

1. The Ministry of Health & Population, Ramkumar Sharda Uma Prasad Murarka Provincial Hospital Lahan, Siraha invites Bid for the construction work as mentioned in the Table Below:

2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Ramkumar Sharda Uma Prasad Murarka Provincial Hospital Lahan, Siraha email address lahanhospital5 [email protected] [or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np.]

3. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloading the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system i.e www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document in the following account.

4. Bids must be submitted to the e-GP system [ie www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp] on or before 31 for Bid day of 12:00 AM from the first date of notice Publication.

5. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2080/12/22 (04/04/2024), 1:00 PM at the office of Ramkumar Sharda Uma Prasad Murarka Provincial Hospital Lahan, Siraha. Bids must be valid for a period 90 days for Bid after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a mentioned above, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.

6. If the Bid security shall be in the form of cash voucher that must be deposited in the bank Dharanti Khata No.: 2130100202030000 of Province Treasury unit office Lahan, Siraha at Rastriya Banijaya Bank, Siraha and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with bid.
