Karmachari Sanchaya Kosh invites bidders for the Supply & Delivery of Truck Mounted Water Tanker

1) Karmachari Sanchaya Kosh (KSK) invites electronic bids from cligible bidders for the procurement of Supply & Delivery of Truck Mounted Water Tanker under National competitive bidding Single Stage Single Envelope procedures specified in Public Procurement Act and EPF Regulations. 

2) Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Kharid Sakha, Assets Management Department, Karmachari Sanchaya Kosh, Pulchowk, Lalitpur or may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. 

3) Bider who chooses to submit their bid electronically may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document of a non-refundable fee of Rs.3000.00 in the following account of Karmachari Sanchaya Kosh as specified below: Name of the Bank: Nepal Investment Mega Bank, Pulchowk, Lalitpur Account No: 00401010254373 

4) Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Karmachari Sanchaya Kosh, Pulchowk, Lalitpur, Nepal at 1:00 PM, on 2081-01-16

5) Electronic Bids must be submitted through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/cgp on or before 12:00 Noon on 2081-01-27, Bid after this deadline shall not he accepted. 

6) Sealed Bid shall be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 1:00 PM on 2081-01-27 at the office of Traming Hall, Karmachari Sanchaya Kosh, Pulchowk, Lalitpur. 

7) Bid must be valid for a period of 90 days after opening of Bid and must be accompanied by Cash Security or Bank Guarantee, amounting to a minimum for NRs. 1,40,000 (One Lakh Forty Thousand only) which shall be valid for 120 days after opening of the Bids. If bidder wishes to submit the Cash Security, the cash should be deposited in aforementioned account and submit the receipt of the deposited voucher. 

8) If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of the bid submission. 

9) The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the Bid without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
