Khajura Rural Municipality invites bidders for roof work

1. Khajura Rural Municipality. Office of Rural Municipal Executive has allocated funds towards the cost of Construction of following Contracts stated in table below and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders. 

2. KRM, Banke invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction of following projects stated in table, under National Competitive Bidding procedures. Only eligible bidders should participate in the bidding.

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Khajura Rural Municipality Telephone No:- 081-560187 or may visit PPMO e-GP System www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp 

4. Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may download the bidding document for E-submission from PPMO's website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders who submitting their bids electronically, should deposit the cost (as specified below) of bidding document in the rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of Bank Deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of Electronic submission of bids. 5. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO's website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on before 12:00 Noon May 1, 2024 (2081/01/19). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. 

6. Prebid meeting shall be held at Khajura Rural Municipality, KhajuraBanke at 12:00 Noon (2081/01/03), April -15, 2024. 

7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at May -01, 2024 (2081/01/19) at 14:00 Hours at the office of KRM, Banke. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of bid security in pdf format in case of E-bid amounting to a minimum as specified in table as follows, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. 

8. If a bidder wishes to submit the bid security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in the name of the: NIC ASIA Banke Khajura Name of the Office: Khajura Rural Municipality Khajura, Banke Office Account no: ga.3.(B141498621524004) (DharautiKhata) and the receipt voucher of the deposited amount of cash should be submitted along with the bids.
