1. Khajura Rural Municipality, Office of the Rural Municipal Executive, invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for following Sealed Quotations under National Competitive Bidding Procedures. Only eligible bidders should participate in the bidding for the contractsas in the table below. The bid validity period is 45 days from the date of last date of bid submission. Bid security validity period should be 30 days beyond bid validity period. 

2. Only Electronic Bidding through www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp is permitted and Sealed Quotation shall be submitted on or before (2024/04/12) 12:00 Noon and Bid shall be opened on the same Submission date for Sealed Quotation at 14:00 Noon at Employer's Office: Khajura Rural Municipality, Banke. 

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain the further information from Khajura Rural Municipality, Office of the Rural Municipal Executive, Banke or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egpto download all the bidding documents. 

4. Bidders should deposit cost of bidding document on the Aantarik Rajaswa Khata of Khajura Rural Municipality, Banke and upload the scanned copy (PDF format) of the bank deposit Voucher. 5. Bid Security (Cash/Bid Bond) should be deposited in Dharauti Khata of Khajura Rural Municipality, Banke. Account Name: Dharauti Khata Account Number: Ga.3. (B141498621524004) Name of the Bank: NIC Asia Bank, Khajura, Banke 

6. If the last date of bid submission falls on government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. Insuchcase the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of submission.
