1. Ministry of Water Supply, Irrigation and Energy, Koshi Province, Biratnagar, Nepal (MoWSIE, Koshi Province) invites electronic bid from eligible bidders for the following contract Goods under National Competitive Bidding Procedures.

2. Bidders may download the bidding documents and submit their bids electronically through e-procurement at www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp PPMO's portals specified in the bidding data sheet. Bidders should deposit the equivalent fee for bidding document in the respective Revenue Account Number KHA-2-3: DHARAUTI A/C (PRA.LE.NI.KA), Rajashwa Heading No- 14229, Office Code No. 3130013011 (of MoWSIE-Koshi Province) in Rastriya Banijya Bank Ltd. or Bank Guarantee issued by a Class-A Commercial Bank in Nepal drawn in favor of the MoWSIE, Koshi Province, in the format supplied in the bid document or the form acceptable to the MoWSIE, Koshi Province.
A Pre-bid Meeting shall be held at MoWSIE, Koshi Province on 20 Chaitra 2080 at 11:00 hrs. As above within the date and time Specified.
3. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp (e-GP II on or before 12:00) on 2081/01/04, Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
