Nabil Bank Ltd request for proposal

Nabil Bank Ltd. invites proposal from interested individuals or registered firms/companies, for Recovery Agent to support various recovery function of the bank to enhance the collection/ recovery of delinquent accounts. Terms and Conditions
 

1. Scope of Works for Recovery Agent shall be provided upon submission of request letter/EOI to NPA Management Department, Nabil Bank Ltd., Bijuli Bazar, Kathmandu, Nepal.
 

2. Proposal may be submitted by individual, Firm/Company.

3. Detailed Proposal should be submitted to Nabil Bank, NPA Management Department, Bijuli Bazar, Kathmandu, Nepal along with supporting documents as under:
a) Copy of Citizenship, Photo & CV of Key Person.

b) The applicant being firm/company, must submit Registration Certificate (Renewed/updated records in case of company) and PAN/VAT certificate along with latest Tax clearance certificate, MOA/AOA wherever applicable, or any other document as applicable.

c) Interested individual/Firm/Company must provide; information indicating that they are qualified to provide the services (descriptions, organization and employee and of the organization, description of assignments of similar nature completed in the last 2 years and their location, experience in similar conditions, general qualifications and the key personnel to be involved in the proposed assignment).

4. Submitted Proposal should meet the following qualifying criteria:
a) Individual/Proprietor/Partner/Director of the firm/companies having at least bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or any related field is preferred. Relevant certifications or training in debt collection practices and regulations are a plus.

b) Previous experience in debt collection, loan recovery, or a related field is highly desirable. Experience working in a financial institution or banking environment is advantageous.
c) Individual/Proprietor/Partner/Promoter/Director of the firm/companies shouldn't be in the blacklist of Credit Information Bureau of Nepal.

d) Individual/Proprietor/Partner/Promoter/Director of the firm/companies shouldn't have any criminal records; not been found guilty of misconduct in professional capacity, or offence involving moral turpitude or otherwise; and not convicted of any offence and sentenced to a term of imprisonment,

e) Not an un-discharged insolvent,

5. The Bank, at its sole discretion; reserves all the rights to accept or reject the Proposal received from any interested party/parties, wholly or partly; any or all, without assigning reason whatsoever and mere satisfaction to the eligibility criteria does not confer any right whatsoever to selection/empanelment of the agent. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Bank will be final.
