1.National Investigation Department, Singhadurbar, Kathmandu invites sealed bids from duly eligible bidders for the Procurement of Furniture and Furnishing Items under National Competitive Bidding procedures. 2. All bidders shall submit their bid electronically only. Please refer to section I (Instruction to Bidder) of the bidding document for detail electronic bid submission procedure.
3. In case, the last date of submission, pre bid meeting and opening of bid happens to be a holiday, the next working day will be deemed as the due date but the time will be the same as stipulated.
4.National Investigation Department, Singhadurbar, Kathmandu reserves rights to amend and correct at any time in case of discrepancies or error in Bidding document, Tender notice or any other documents.
5. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award.
6. Other related rules and regulations are as per current prevailing rules and Regulations of Nepal with latest amendment.
