National Sports Council invites bidders

1. The Government of Nepal has allocated funds towards the cost of Supply and Installation of Scoreboard in Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Supply and Installation of Scoreboard in Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground, Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground, Kirtipur (NCB/WORK/TUscoreboard/80/81). Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders. 

2. National Sports Council invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the construction of Supply and Installation of Scoreboard in Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground under National Competitive Bidding - Single stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures. Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:

Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the best 

3 years within the last 10 years: NRs 46754388.04 

Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature (any kind of sports stadium Led score Board or Large commercial display board /pannel)): 

At least One project within ten years value of each project = NRs. 12467836.81

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of National sports council tripureshwor ktm nepal or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. 

4. Bidder should submit their bid electronically may purchase the bidding documents from PPMO's Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost NRs. 5000.00 of bidding document in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids. 5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at National sports council at 2080/12/25 (2024/04/07) 13:00PM 

6. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office National sports council tripureshwor ktm nepal through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. on or before 12:00 on 2081/01/10 (2024/04/22). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. 

7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2081/01/10 (2024/04/22) 13:00 PM at the office of National sports council tripureshwor ktm nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format, amounting to a minimum of NRs.7,20,000.00 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. 

8. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
