Nepal Oil Corporation Limited- Invitation for Bids

1. The Nepal Oil Corporation Limited (NOC), Madhesh Provincial Office, Amlekhgunj, Bara invites Sealed Quotations (SQ) for "Painting of Old Vertical Storage Tanks, TLF sheds, Pump House's at Fuel depot Amlekhgunj, Bara" The Estimated amount for the works is NRs. 60,08,681,50 exclusive of VAT.
 

2. Interested Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents NCB in English at the office of NOC/MPO, Amlekhgunj, Bara, Nepal or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
 

3. Complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office of NOC/MPO, Amlekhgunj, Bara by Eligible Bidders on the submission of a Written Application, along with the Copy of Company/Firm Registration Certificate, and upon payment of a non- refundable fee of NRs. 3,000.00 till 23rd June, 2024 during office hours.

Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may purchase the hard copy of the bidding documents as mentioned above or may download the bidding documents for e- submission from PPMO's Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost (as specified above) of bidding document in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.

Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Nepal Oil Corporation Limited, Mahesh Provincial office,
Amlekhgunj, Bara at 2:00 PM of 13 June, 2024.

4. Interested eligible Bidders are required to submit the Electronic Bids through e-GP system of PPMO: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 P.M. on 24 June, 2024.
 

5. Submitted Electronic Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 12:15 P.M. on 24 June, 2024 at the office of NOC/MPO, Bara, Nepal.
 

6. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by scanned copy of the bid security in PDF format, amounting to a minimum NRs. 1,50,000.00, which, which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period.
 

7. If Bidder wishes to submit the bid security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in NOC/MPO's Current Account Number: 31001010000002, Global IME Bank Limited, Amlekhgunj, Bara branch and scanned copy in PDF format of the voucher/receipt of the
deposited amount must be submitted/uploaded along with the Electronic Bid.
