NIC ASIA invites bidders for work

NIC ASIA Bank solicits sealed quotation from interested Company/Firm/Registered Contractor for the Partition and furniture works at Dhapasi, Kathmandu as specified in below table.

Interested and eligible Company/Firm meeting under mentioned minimum eligibility criteria can obtain RFQ documents from Bank's General Administration & Project Management Department at Registered Office, Thapathali upon payment of non- refundable document fee of NPR. 1,000 (Amount in Words, One Thousand Only).

Eligibility/Criteria: 

•  Interested applicant must have minimum Annual Average Turnover of NPR 9 Million in fiscal year 2078/079 or Latest. 
• Interested applicant must have completed Civil/Interior works of any three Financial Institutions of Nepal. 
• Interested applicant must have Minimum 3 Years of Company/Firm Registration.

Documents Requirement:

• Company/Firm Registration Certificate - Duly Notarized
• Valid copy of tax clearance certificate - Duly Notarized
• MOA and AOA - Duly Notarized
• Latest Share Register (Share Lagat) - Duly Notarized
• Latest Director Register (Sanchalak Lagat) - Duly Notarized
• Latest Company Update (Company Adhyawodhik), in case of firm's renewal from Department of Commerce/Industry) Duly Notarized
• Appreciation letter/ Reference letter issued by Financial Institutions of Nepal to back the claim of experience
• Other document as prescribed in RFQ Document

Note: Listed Vendors for fiscal year 2080/81 of the Bank are not mandatorily required to submit the notarized copies of above-mentioned documents.

Sealed RFQ for all the requirements mentioned above are to be submitted within close of business on 19th March 2024 in the prescribed format. RFQ document is to be submitted not later than next working day if there will be public holiday in last date of submission. Sealed RFQ should be addressed to General Administration & Projects Management Department and must be submitted in person. NIC ASIA Bank Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the RFQ without assigning any reason, whatsoever. Sealed RFQ received after the deadline will not be accepted. RFQ documents sent through Mail/Courier will neither be accepted for any consideration nor will they be returned to the sender.
