Notice for Re-Sealed Financial and Technical Proposal from Red Cross

Nepal Red Cross Society, National Headquarters, Kalimati Kathmandu hereby invites sealed proposals from registered insurance companies for the medical and accidental insurance for all the staff members working at national headquarters and project staff working throughout the country. The total number of staff and volunteer will be approx. 400 (Male: 325, Female:75) for now and it will be changed according to the available resources.

 Interested registered firms are requested to purchase and submit their sealed technical and financial proposal separately and also request to mention the name of the proposal in front of the envelope. The terms of reference can be obtained from Nepal Red Cross Society, National Headquarters, Kalimati, Kathmandu during office hours from 14 April, 2024 to 21 April, 2024 against payment of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable). 

Interested Insurance companies must enclose their Firm Registration Certificate, Recent Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Self-Declaration & proof of relevant experience. All the pages of the technical and financial proposal must be signed and stamped. The successful bidder will have to deposit 10% (ten percent) of quoted value as performance bond. 

Interested registered firms must submit the technical and financial proposal on or before 21 April, 2024 at 13:00 hours at NRCS HQS Office, Kalimati. Received technical proposal will be opened on 21 April, 2024 at 14:00 hour.

 Only technically qualified firms will be selected for final selection process. NRCS reserves the right to accept or reject any sealed proposal.
