1. Patan Academy of Health Sciences has made budgetory allocation towards the cost supply of Printing & Stationery, ICT Supplies and Hospital Accessories and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for IFB: PAHS/NCB/P&S/18/080/081 and PAHS/NCB/ICT/19/080/081 and PAHS/NCB/HA/20/080/081. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders.
2. Patan Academy of Health Sciences invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of air conditioning system under National competitive bidding - Single Stage Single Envelope procedures.
3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of office of Patan Academy of Health Sciences, Lagankhel, Lalitpur, [email protected].
4. Bidder may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders should deposit non-refundable fee as mentioned below towards cost of bidding document in the bank account number 01811000295 maintained in the name of Patan Academy of Health Sciences at Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited.
5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at 07 April 2024.
6. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 on 18 April 2024. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 on 18 April 2024 at the office of Patan Academy of Health Sciences. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format amounting to as mentioned below, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (i.e. August 16 2024). The amount of bid security must be:

8. Evaluation will be done on item-wise basis.
9. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
