Patan Academy of Health Sciences (PAHS) invites bidders for construction of deep-well boring

1. Patan Academy of Health Sciences has allocated funds towards the cost of Deep-Well Boring and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for PAHS/NCB/DB/17/080/081. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders. 

2. Patan Academy of Health Sciences invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction of Deep-Well Boring under National Competitive Bidding procedures. Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding: Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the best 3 years within the last 10 years: 40 Million.

Machinery Equipment Requirement: Vertical Rotary Drilling Machinery for 300m deep- 1 Nos

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the . office of Registrar, Patan Academy of Health Sciences.

4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office of Registrar by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/ firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 3,000 till 12:00, 12 April 2024.

5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at 02 April 2024 on 11:00.

6. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office Registrar by hand on or before 12:00 on 12 April 2024. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend on 14:00 at the office of Registrar. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum of 100,000 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (i.e. 10 August 2024)

8. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
