The Jandol Kushaha Road passes through Agnisair Krishnasavaran Municipality, Tirhut Rural Municipality, Mahadeva Rural Municipality, and Tilathi Koiladi Rural Municipality of the Saptari district, connecting the National Highway (NH01) at the starting point and ending at Tilathi Koiladi Rural Municipality, connecting the Rajbiraj-Hanumannagar Road. The road starts from Jandol, Ward no. 1 of the Agnisair Krishnasavaran Rural Municipality (Coordinate: 26°38'38" N and 86°48'20" E, Elevation: 140 m) and ends at Mansapur, Ward no. 7 of Tilathi Koiladi Rural Municipality (Coordinate: 26°27’11” N and 86°38’30” E, Elevation: 87 m). The road connects Agnisair Krishnasavaran Rural Municipality Ward no. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Tirhut Rural Municipality Ward no. 4, Mahadewa Rural Municipality Ward no. 3, 4, 5, and 6, and Tilathi Koiladi Rural Municipality Ward no. 7. The road passes through different settlements like Jandol, Chhapki, Banauli, Bhagawatpur, Dhikli, and Mansapur. The total length of the proposed road is 16.05 km.
