Pokhara University invites bidders for the procurement of Scientific Laboratory Equipment

1. School of Health and Allied Sciences, Faculty of Health Sciences, Pokhara University invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Scientific Laboratory Equipment (Laboratory Sciences) under National Competitive Bidding Single Stage Single Envelope procedures. 

2. The bidder may submit the bid for single or more packages/lots as mentioned below. Evaluation and awarding will be done for individual lot/package separately.

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of School of Health and Allied Sciences, Pokhara University, Pokhara-30 Dhungepatan, or may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

4. The Bidder shall submit their bid electronically may download the bidding documents for e submission from PPMO's c-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document NPR 3,000.00/package in the following account as specified below.

5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at School of Health and Allied Sciences Pokhara University, Pokhara- 30, Dhungepatan Kaski at 11:00 AM on 21th April, 2024 (Baishakh 09, 2081)

6. Electronic bids must be submitted to School of Health and Allied Sciences Pokhara University, Pokhara-30, Dhungepatan Kaski through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 PM on 2nd May 2024 (Baishakh 20, 2081) Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. 

7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2:00 PM on 2nd May 2024 (Baishakh 20, 2081) at the School of Health and Allied Sciences, Pokhara University. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of amount specified above for each package separately or combined, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid on. 

8. If the last date of submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission. 

9. Bidders need to state the identification of the lot/packages in the Letter of Bid for which they have applied.
