Prime Commercial Bank invties sealed bids

Prime Commercial Bank Limited invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for following works:

1. A complete set of bid document may be purchased by the Bidder on the submission of a written application to the above and upon deposit of a non-refundable fee of NPR. 15,000 (NPR: Fifteen Thousand only) in Account maintained at Prime Commercial Bank Ltd.

2. While submitting the bidding documents, bidders should include the copy of attested Company/Firm registration certificate, PAN/VAT certificate, Tax Clearance certificate for fiscal year 2079/80 with audit reports and Self declaration letter of not being ineligible up to the submission date.

3. Bids must be submitted in three separate envelopes for financial proposal, technical Proposal and Bid Security. Financial Proposal must contain complete filled BOQ and Rate analysis for major items quoted. Technical Proposal should contain all other documents stated in ITB establishing qualification of the bidder and Bid Security from 'A' Class Commercial Bank should be submitted in separate envelope.

4. Sealed bids must be submitted to Prime Commercial Bank Limited, Corporate Office, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu. Documents received after submission deadline shall not be accepted.

5. Tender document must be accompanied by a Bid Security of at least 2.5% for bidder of the bid amount inclusive of (VAT or other applicable tax) in the form of Bank Guarantee or Cash in Account maintained at Prime Commercial Bank Ltd.

6. Bids shall be opened on 11 AM, 29th March 2024 at Central Office; in the presence of Bidder's representatives who choose to attend on the opening date at Prime Commercial Bank Limited, Corporate Office, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amount given in above table, which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period (i.e. Total 120 days from the day of bid opening).

7. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.

8. Bids should comply in all respects with the Instruction to Bidder included in the Bid Document. Non- compliance with these instructions shall result in disqualification.

9. The Bid, as well as all correspondence and documents relating to the bid submitted by the Bidder shall be written in the English language.

10. Prime Commercial Bank Limited, reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.

11. Only eligible bidders (JV not allowed) with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:

• Minimum 5 Years of experience in Interior works
• Minimum Rs 30 million average annual turnovers among the 3 best financial years in last 5 fiscal years.
• Experience of construction of minimum one financial Institution (Corporate/Regional/Branch Office) including Interior & MEP works of value min Rs 20 million and built-up area above 5,000 Sq.ft.

12. In case of discrepancy or error in Tender notice, bid document and other document for interior work of Office Building Project, Bank reserves right to amend, correct at any time. Such amendment and correction shall be published in the national daily newspaper or notice board of the Prime Commercial Bank Ltd, Corporate Office, Kamal Pokhari, Kathmandu.
