The selected bidder shall be required to submit one sample piece of each item for inspection and approval by the office before supplying the remaining goods. Only after the samples are found satisfactory and approved by the office shall the bidder proceed with the supply of the remaining items. If the supplied goods are found to be of inferior quality, non-compliant, or unsatisfactory during delivery and inspection, the office reserves the right to reject such goods.
