Standards to be included in a warm bag: This warm bag should contain 2 long half-cotton hats for newborns, 2 baby blankets (half-cotton), 2 blankets, a blanket (either made of plastic or other soft material) and a gown for the mother. The quality of the fabric used in the warm bag should be 100 percent cotton with a weight of 120 GSM.
