The Secretariat of Foreign Employment Board, Babarmahal, Kathmandu FEB is operating a modern technology enabled call center to cater support to its nationalities with foreign employment. The proposed call center will be operation in the premises of Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security, Singhadurbar, Kathmandu. For the smooth operation, good use of technology and better productivity, Secretariat of Foreign Employment Board wants to outsource the call center management (Human Resource) using the call center solutions and ticketing system to the consulting firm.
