In every packet of purchased medicine Manufacture date, Expire date, Batch number, Free Supply for Ministry of Health and Population Nepal of Supply for Local Institution must be clearly mentioned. 3. Sealed quotation without specification would not be approved. Sealed quotation with specification must be submitted electronically at sunawarshi municipality health section.. 4. Expiry date of each medicine must be at least 18 month from the date of registration by sunawarshi municipality, in case of date less than 18 month 75% of required month may be included. 5. Each rate must be rate with transportation and without vat. 6. The authority letter of purchase medicine must be submitted by receiving from suppliers in case of National company and form National Suppliers in case of International Suppliers. 7.
