The Aatmaram Road of the Parsa district under Component 1.2 (Periodic maintenance of existing Provincial Roads ) for the preservation of the existing infrastructure and retrofitting these infrastructures to make them climate resilient). The road passes through Birgunj Metropolitan City, Bindabasini Rural Municipality, Pakaha Mainpur Rural Municipality of the Parsa district, connecting the Postal Highway (NH05) at the starting point, and ends at Chhipaharmai Rural Municipality, connecting Parsa-Mudali-Sikta Road. The road starts from Tilabe Bridge, Ward no. 19 of the Birgunj Metropolitan City (Coordinate: 27°02'11.90" N and 84°41'1.96" E, Elevation: 103.6 m) and ends at Bhisawa, Ward no. 5 of the Chhipaharmai Rural Municipality (Coordinate: 27°02’21.84” N and 84°49’26.44” E, Elevation: 102.4 m). The road connects Birgunj Metropolitan City Ward no. 19, Bindabasini Rural Municipality Ward no. 3, 4, and 5, Pakaha Mainpur Rural Municipality Ward no. 2, 3, 4, and 5, and Chhipaharmai Rural Municipality Ward no. 5. The road passes through different settlements like Kehuniya Barwa, Jhauwaguthi, Prasauni, Hasawa, Madhuwani, Pakaha Mainpur, Kheshraha, Sabaithuwa, and Bhisawa. The total length of the proposed road is 16.105 km.
