1. Agricultural Development Bank Ltd. Invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Supply & Delivery of vehicles under National Competitive bidding-Single Stage Single Envelope procedures specified in Public Procurement Act and ADBL by laws.

2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Agricultural Development Bank Ltd, General Service Department, Head Office, Ramshahpath, Kathmandu. Tel: 5721115, E-mail: [email protected] or may visit PPMO e-GP system: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
3. A complete set of bidding documents is available online and can be downloaded from e-GP system, www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Interested bidders shall register in the e-GP system and deposit the cost of bidding document in the following bank.

4. Interested Bidders shall submit the electronic Bids through www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp to the above office of Agricultural Development Bank Ltd., General Service Department, Head Office, Ramshahpath, Kathmandu on or before Ashad 23, 2081 (July 7, 2024), 12:00 Hours.
5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Agricultural Development Bank Ltd Head Office, General Service Department, Ramshahpath Kathmandu at 14:00 hrs. on June 23, 2024.
6. The bids will be opened in presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00, Hours on Ashad 23, 2081 (July 7, 2024), at the office of Agricultural Development Bank Ltd., General Service Department, Head Office, Ramshahpath, Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting Nrs. from Commercial Bank or Financial institution except Agricultural Development Bank Ltd, which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period. (ie. not less than 120 days). If the Bidders wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited into Deposit Account Number mention above in point 3, and submit Scan copy of Bank voucher of the deposited amount of cash along with bid document.
7. If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
