The Purano Tinchautare Jharana Irrigation Project is located in the Mahalaxmi Municipality-02 of Dhankuta district of Koshi Province. The project area lies in the Hill region of the country. Irrigation system consists of construction of Side Intake, Stone Masonry canal, RCC Canal, Piped Canal, Supperpassage and Several Outlets etc.
