Excavation in hard rock by drilling and controlled blasting, including drilling of blast holes, supplying, handling and use of approved explosives, detonators, fuse wires, charging, stemming and blasting by licensed blaster, providing all safety measures and warning signals, protection of nearby structures and utilities, breaking of blasted rock to required size, loading, transportation and disposal of excavated material to approved dumping sites or reuse as directed by the Engineer, complete in all respects.
